amazing location short distance world class food basic room mediocre room expensive breakfast

the location was amazing. it was very short distance to the ponte vecchio and historic sites. food at the rooftop terrace restaurant was world class and the setting is utterly fantastic. the staff greeted us kinda.

our room was quite basic, i think. our room was mediocre. breakfast was not included and i recommend you walk out around the corner to many places that serve it for far less.

the room included a comfortable bed. breakfast provided a good selection of pastries. the rooftop restaurant offered some city views (i especially liked it during sunset). the location was pretty central, close to many attractions.

the elevator was quite small and slow. the room design felt a bit outdated. the bathroom had limited counter space (it was hard to keep my toiletries organized). also, the wifi signal was unreliable at times.

The hotel stored my bags both before and after my stay. all the staff were helpful. the location was excellent for accessing local attractions. i appreciated the rooftop restaurant. The views were nice.

the corridors felt a bit confusing, and there was some scaffolding in one area.

Very nice Rooftop Views and Central Location!

I was super impressed with this hotel! The rooftop dining was a must with beautiful sunset views. The location was very central. It was close to the Ponte Vecchio. Eduardo helped us find transport to the Chianti region (huge thanks!).

The access to rooms was somewhat inconvenient. There were many stairs and hallways, and the elevator was really small.

The rooms are stylish. They feature comfortable beds. The windows in my room were large and opened up to a quiet courtyard, which really let in a nice breeze.
